Terms and Conditions
1. Competition Period
The competition opens at 5.00pm on Tuesday 27 January 2026 and closes at 5.00pm on Tuesday 3 February 2026 (“Competition Period”).
2. Promoter
The Promoter of this competition is Visit Kapiti through the Kāpiti Coast District Council (“KCDC”).
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants fully release Meta and associated platforms from any liability arising from this competition.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and elected members of Kāpiti Coast District Council, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:

5. Prize
The prize is for two people and includes:
The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
6. Prize Dates and Conditions
Travel, accommodation, vehicle hire, and event access are valid only for the Quinovic NZPGA Championship weekend. No alternative dates, routes, or substitutions will be offered.
Flights must be taken from Auckland to Paraparaumu only. Any additional travel to or from Auckland is the responsibility of the winner.
The winner and their nominated companion must travel together on the same booking. All prize components must be used in one transaction.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be drawn at random at 6.00pm on Wednesday 4 February 2026 from all valid entries received.
The winner will be notified via direct message or email within three working days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within five working days, KCDC reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. Validation and Disqualification
KCDC reserves the right to validate entries and entrants’ details at any time. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of eligibility when requested, the prize will be forfeited in full and no substitute will be offered.

9. Flights
Flights are to be redeemed on Air Chathams–operated services only and include applicable taxes.
Flights do not include:
Airfare tickets are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Once tickets are issued, no changes to travel arrangements are permitted.
Each passenger is permitted:
Travel is subject to Air Chathams’ General Conditions of Carriage. Compliance with all health, safety, and government travel requirements is the responsibility of the winner and their companion.
10. Accommodation
Accommodation is for two nights only and is valid for the specified prize dates.
Accommodation is not exchangeable for cash or alternative dates.
The winner and companion must comply with all accommodation provider terms, including house rules, check-in and check-out times, and any bond or identification requirements.
11. Vehicle Hire
Vehicle hire is valid for the prize period only and is not exchangeable for cash.
Vehicle hire is subject to the rental provider’s standard terms and conditions, including licensing, age requirements, insurance excess, fuel, and return conditions. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner.
12. Event Entry
VIP access is valid for two people for the Quinovic NZPGA Championship on the specified dates only.
Event access is subject to event conditions of entry, health and safety requirements, and any directions given by event staff.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCDC and prize partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, personal injury, or death suffered in connection with this competition or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this competition and will be held by Kāpiti Coast District Council in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

15. Promotion
By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition, including being photographed or featured on KCDC and Visit Kāpiti digital channels.
16. General
KCDC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

NZ PGA Championship
